Intro: In this webinar, Amra Rao, Sarajane Aris, Patrick Roycroft, and David Clutterbuck will explore mentoring a human connection, emerging paradigms, generative conversation, and how to address power dynamics and structural inequalities. Following an introduction by Riza Kadilar, Global President, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the session will focus on chapters and information from the recently publishing book, Mentoring in Health, Social Care and Beyond. The editors will celebrate the launch of the book by discussing examples of innovation and growth in mentoring practice and training.

About the Speaker

Sarajane Aris 

Sarajane Aris is a clinical psychologist who was Head of Adult Psychology Services for Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust for over ten years. She led the first pilot mentoring scheme for senior clinical psychologists.

Amra Rao  

Amra Rao is a clinical psychologist who has led specialist therapy services in the NHS for two decades. She has been involved in developing coaching, reflective practice and leadership initiatives with various professional bodies.

Patrick Roycroft

Patrick Roycroft is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the Department of Clinical Psychology, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust. He also conducts research in Applied Psychology and Behavioural Science.

David Clutterbuck 

David Clutterbuck is one of Europe’s best known management writers, researchers, thinkers and speakers. He co-founded the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and he is visiting Professor at three universities.
