This course will develop your skills on how best to increase the positive influence that frontline staff can have on their teams and work environment, and above all, on quality of care and outcomes for patients and clients.

The course is accredited for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). The first four sessions provide a minimum of 20 learning hours and the fifth session additional hours involved in project work and reporting back.

This course will be of benefit to any frontline health or care professional who has a leadership or supervisory role over other staff members.

The course comprises short video presentations by the author followed by engaging online and offline exercises and quizzes that can be carried out individually or as teams.  An end of course project prompts learners to put leadership knowledge and skills into practice in a real world setting.
